It was a privilege for us at The Exterior Zone to help a fellow contractor like Joe P bring his vision to life. Joe is experienced and knowledgeable in the trades, and it was imperative for him to work with company that would view his project under the same lens of scrutiny that he would, to ensure quality & precision at every step.
After
Joe P’s project mainly consisted of the following items:
- Complete removal & preparation of existing metal siding, soffit, and fascia across the entire residence.
- Application of HardieWrap Vapor Barrier on designated walls.
- Installation of James Hardie lap siding on gables and walls, complemented by HardieTrim boards.
- Implementation of Quality Edge TruVent Hidden Soffit for superior ventilation and aesthetics.
- Custom bending and installation of .032 thick aluminum trim on eave fascia, rake fascia, window wraps, door wraps, and brick ledge.
