We had a good amount of exterior wood that needed replacing in addition to new gutters and painting. The crew from Exterior were all highly professional. They consulted with us every step of the way. The Exterior Zone brought life back to my 1909 Village home. They are truly full service exterior experts. The team first made urgent repairs to some exposed attic space. When the temperature was right for a full exterior paint job, they started by repairing and caulking the entire exterior where needed. They also custom fitted new material to repair a historic front porch pillar. The paint looks flawless still more than half a year later and am sure that won’t change for years and years to come. We also did new black gutters that look super sharp against the crisp white exterior. The level of customer service my family was provided during this work is something I have never experienced before. There is a high level of respect for your property and it’s obvious the team takes great pride in their work. Highly recommend.
Exterior Zone was able to replace and re-seal siding on one of our windows, fix damage on our roof, and add new gutters in the rear of our house. Their reps were easy to work with and easy to contact and get updates. The roof work was short term as we will be needing more later, and will likely contact them again

Chris and the team recently completed a second vinyl tear off. Replacing with James Hardie siding. Both times the experience was outstanding! We called Dillion to find out if they could clean our gutters. We are 75 years old and really didn’t want to get high up on a ladder. We thought we would have to wait a while because we know he is very busy, but he told us we might be able to get it done the next day, Saturday. Michael came by about noon after another job and was very friendly and knew what needed to be done. Took about two hours. While he worked we asked several questions about the shape our gutters were and we were pleased that they were in pretty good condition. We are very pleased with Exterior Zone and have a list of other things we need done in the future. What a great find and right in our neighborhood too.
