The employees who came out to do the work on my home went above and beyond. Not only was the work completed in a timely manor and done perfectly, I was doing some work on my house and ran into a few snags and they helped me out with it. Also, I have been needing my gutters cleaned and without asking they did it for me.

We were extremely impressed with The Exterior Zone and would highly recommend. The crew is highly skilled and knowledgeable, and does great work. They are also very thorough; every day, they cleaned the area after a full day of work, to ensure no debris was left behind. I lost several shingles during a recent storm. I reached out to The Exterior Zone to fix my roof. They were very professional. They not only fixed the damage, but also thoroughly went over my roof to make sure that there was no other damage. I was very pleased with their service and would not hesitate to use them again.

Dillon, Chris, Tony, and the team were fantastic to work with. We had rotting wood replaced, new gutters installed, siding repaired, new soffit vents installed, everything re-painted, and new cedar gable and pillars installed. The house looks perfect and I really appreciated them doing their best to stick to the quote even with the extra work that needed to be done. The attention to detail and being able to answer questions with confidence was amazing and helped us feel good about everything. The process from start to finish was extremely professional, friendly, and fun. Thank you!
Dillon came out to my home to access some siding that blew off my home with our recent high winds. He later discovered that our windows were not properly flashed. Explained the process in which it should be done very thoroughly. Within 2 days had a repair technician come out remove siding around my 2 gable windows and properly install butyl flashing. He then re-installed missing pieces of siding! And I could not be happier with the professionalism and pride that The Exterior Zone provides. If you or anyone you know are looking for exterior home repairs or renovations. Please don’t waste your time or paitence dealing with other contractors. The Exterior Zone is the absolute only way to go.

Used Exterior Zone to remove a 2nd story faux porch that sat above a bay window & outside a patio door-sized fixed window. It was a tricky, complicated removal & replacement w a new flat roof & gutter system. Chris, Ryan, Keenan & Mark did a great job and also moved some scheduling around to beat the rain today. Great job & highly recommend this team!

Exterior zone. What can I say. The workmanship is super great. They pay close attention to every detail. Very prompt and knowledgeable. The work grew worked very well together. Here every day that they said they would be. Cleaned up after every day. And when the job was done a super good clean up.

The Exterior Zone did a wonderful job replacing multiple roofs and some siding on our home. Large section of flat roof and then a partial second story of shingled roof. We weren’t there at the time but Chris kept us updated with info and photos. We would highly recommend.
The Exterior Zone came to my rescue in late October by repairing a nagging water leak. Dillon got up on the roof with a water hose and together he and I found the source of the problem. Thank you Exterior Zone team for taking the extra step and a job well done!

Exterior Zone was able to replace and re-seal siding on one of our windows, fix damage on our roof, and add new gutters in the rear of our house. Their reps were easy to work with and easy to contact and get updates. The roof work was short term as we will be needing more later, and will likely contact them again

I needed some siding repairs on work a different company did. They were able to come out quickly, evaluate what needed to be done and get it fixed all within a few days! Not only did they repair the impacted pieces, but fixed the rest so I don’t have to worry about any more pieces falling off. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Highly recommend!
The quality of their work is second to none. Its inspiring to see the detail they put into what they do. If they say they are going to be at your location at [say eight o clock] they will be there right on time, barring unforeseen circumstances. Impressive! I can't say enough about this company.

We hired the Exterior Zone to address some issues with our roof that seemed to be leaking in addition to some rotted soffit. They replaced all rotted wood and put a new roof on our house not only quickly but with amazing service from their staff. Communication was fantastic throughout the process which seems rare with contractors. Work was top notch and there was a lot of it to be done. Minor concerns at the end of the process were addressed completely, thoroughly, and promptly after final inspection. You get what you pay for and I’d use them again without hesitation.
