What We Did:
- Cleaned & Power Washed: We began by thoroughly cleaning and power washing the entire home, setting the stage for a flawless renovation.
- Surface Preparation: We meticulously removed all loose existing paint, sealed cracks, and replaced wood trim as needed to create a perfect canvas for the new finishes.
- Siding Replacement: We installed HardieShingle® Siding in a beautiful Evening Blue, replacing the old vinyl shake siding. The new siding, combined with HardieTrim® Boards around the windows and key areas, gives the home a refreshed, modern look.
- Exterior Painting: We applied Benjamin Moore Regal Select HB Low Lustre Exterior Latex Coating on all wood and window trim, as well as the garage door, all in a crisp white, enhancing the home’s clean, elegant appearance.
- Front Door Enhancement: The front door was painted to match the new shake siding with Aura Exterior Paint Low Lustre, seamlessly blending the entryway with the home’s overall design.
- Gutters Installation: We installed new 6” seamless aluminum gutters in white, featuring a hidden hanger system for a sleek, uninterrupted appearance.
- Custom Chimney Cap: A custom-fabricated chimney cap was added, providing both a functional and stylish finishing touch to the roofline.
- Louvered Soffit Vents: To improve ventilation and ensure the roof’s longevity, we installed new louvered soffit vents.
The Result: The Anderson’s home now boasts a refreshed exterior that blends seamlessly with the existing features while enhancing overall curb appeal. The new siding, paint, gutters, and chimney cap not only improve the home’s aesthetic but also ensure its protection and durability for years to come.
